Our story

Design as both a science and an art

GC Project was established in 2004. We are a customer-focused business providing “all-in-one” high quality interior design and decoration solution services. Our energetic and dynamic team serves commercial space, retail shops and large-scale residential projects.

We are highly experienced in all aspects of interior design — from design, process planning and construction supervision to after-sales service — and we collaborate closely with contractors and material suppliers so clients stay abreast of the latest and most accurate project status.

D&P Associates was founded in 2004 by Romain Duval & Tuan Pham. Our two founders were good friends back in their university days at DESA (École Spéciale d'Architecture) in Paris, France, and shared the same belief that value creation is both a science and an art. D&P Associates, created by them, is a band of makers — curious, industrious, and dare to try.

As an Architecture & Interior Design firm dedicated to delivering innovative design solutions, we are driven by a strong and unwavering belief that great design improves the quality of people's lives — where you live, work, play, learn, worship & retire. Together we have completed a wide range of more than 500 projects around the world in the past 16 years.

Founders

The people behind the work

D&P Associates | Founder & Managing Director

Romain Duval

The French-born architect studied at the renowned École Spéciale d'Architecture (ESA). His passion for architecture was established at a very early age by his great grandfather, Le Corbusier. Having the mind of an engineer and an artist's heart, he has paved the way for awe-inspiring additions to the built environment.

During the last 15 years, Romain has been responsible for design across a portfolio of more than 500 projects from Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, Japan & other countries, including Regus (Asia Pacific & Europe), Savills, Petrolimex and Open Asia.

Martin Ma

Martin has 20 years of experience in marketing and project management. He is well experienced in all market sections especially in the Finance and Insurance industry.

With the tenet of customer oriented views, his aim is to provide clients with sound professional advice and help them improve company branding in the process of project development.
